Our volunteers take Anna shopping each week. During a recent shopping trip, we noticed that Anna was breathless. We contacted Anna’s family who got in touch with Anna’s Worker, as a result Anna now has daily visits from the Community Health Team, Anna’s health is now starting to improve.
