Through working with Stockport Support Hub, Hannah was able to access the right assistance to support her husband’s needs.
Hannah, a regular user of the Car Scheme, reached out to ask for help in completing an Attendance Allowance form for her husband. She was unsure where to start and needed guidance to ensure he received the support he was entitled to.
